THE PROMENADE
The proposed 310-unit development will be entirely dedicated to affordable and workforce housing. Lemon City consists of 260 proposed units and 150 proposed units at Gwen Cherry 07. The income-restricted units will serve a diverse range of households from 30% AMI, 60% AMI, 80% AMI, and 120% AMI. MAGASI REDWOOD URBAN, LLC is committed to ensuring that all affordable housing units meet the same high construction and maintenance standards as the workforce units, guaranteeing quality housing across all income levels.
